Return and Refund

You have the right to return your order within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive it, provided that the products are eligible for return in accordance with this Policy and applicable consumer protection legislation.

To be eligible for a refund, products must be unopened, unused and returned in their original condition.

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, we cannot accept returns of sealed food supplements or other sealed products that have been been opened or unsealed after delivery, except where required by applicable law.

To help us process your request as quickly as possible, please use the subject line "Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]" and include your order number together with a brief explanation that you wish to return your order.

Once we have received your return request, we will e-mail you a return shipping label together with instructions on how to return the products.

The products must be returned without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after you have notified us of your intention to return them.

The products must be returned using the return shipping label provided by us. A return shipping fee of  DKK 39 will be deducted from your refund. You remain responsible for the products until they have been received by us.

Once we have received and inspected the returned products, we will process your refund without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after receiving the returned products.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
